WEBSERVICE SUPPORT ERROR

Please only people with experience in NuSoap, WS, and PHP

To resolve this problem, the webservice it's ok, and testing a developer mode and it's ok. but the error is the next :

HTTP ERROR: cURL ERROR: 35: error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol

The project need resolve today. (this error it's simple but i can't resolve my xperience is not enough to resolve this)
