SCOPE 1. You will create our corporate website in Wordpress. From the various examples of websites, it is decided to make the structure quite similar to Sayootech website while the UI/UX should be of shephertz.com. The final developed website should have a nice and professional look. 2. Website should be responsive. 3. Incorporating the above, Sayootech will suggest at-least 3 themes, from which we will select one for further customization, as long as it meets requirement in 1. 4. All images with high resolution to be provided by Sayootech. 5. Content will be provided by us. 6. The site will have the following pages, “Home”, “Services”, “Products”, What’s new”, “Blog”, “About Us” and “Contact Us”. Services and Products will have sub-pages, not more than 4/5 for each - most of these will get added over time (next 6 to 8 months). So we wanted feature to add these as we need them including adding content (through admin panel). 7. Admin panel with features to add/edit pages, content and manage everything from back-end should be created. 8. Will send the logo, you will design a high resolution logo 9. Only basic SEO will be provided by you 10. Support for one month, including bug-fixes - included 11. Handover of all codes, meta files, psd, etc. 12. All the above (except 10) to be delivered within 10-12 days Additional Terms & Conditions are: Quality Assurance There will be Software Quality Assurance by you to verify the development procedure and the process. Quality Assurance Team will be part of the development team. Build & Rights on Data Generation of code will be done at your premises. The complete source code for the modules will be generated for us with a document detailing the generation procedures. The code will be available in builds and for our review and code will be daily updated with the us. We have all the rights on the data and application. Project Progress Tracker We will be given with the URL to view the site throughout the development phase and keep track of the work progress. We will give comments or suggestions and the issue would be communicated and taken care within 24 hours. Project Milestones: A. Analysis of requirement & specification followed by sign-off of technical document including data structure B. Detailed system design, coding, integration and system testing C. Deployment on our server & Acceptance Testing D. Bug Fix and release for one month post acceptance Payment Terms: Cost breakdown: 75% will be released when you demonstrate successfully and to our satisfaction the entire website with all functionalities and features working (as detailed above) on your server. Balance 25% will be released when you have successfully implemented the same on our server with all functionalities working.
