Hi, I am a developer and JavaScript is my forte. I live, breathe and think React. I will always pick frontend frameworks like React Bootstrap & Native Base. Hi, I'm really excited to work with the functionality side of things. I can make great designs but love to work with server side scripts, databases, and filesystems to produce some REALLY helpful applications. Anyway, I'd love to put together a fully authenticated app for you. I have experience making systems that not only allow you to register and log in and out, but to verify email addresses and recover lost passwords. Designing the buttons will be a cince. You can check out some of my CSS skills on my profile. But the functionality will be easy too. It just takes a quick query or file search to find the file and then send it as an attachment in an email. I think Laravel would be good for this project. It's super secure which sounds important for this project. And it's a framework that will produce your product sooner. It's great with databases, filesystems, and has a great email class. I'll need the credentials for you SMTP server or whatever email client you use and your MySQL database or whatever database you use.
