I require a PHP Website Script to be made that would be a subscription-service (auto monthly payments) with a payment processor (Stripe and PayPal). The website will allow users to sign up for a monthly cost and pay a fee for each domain they add, then the website will scan their domain for viruses (every 30 mins) and if there is a threat it will E-Mail the client of the potential threat and details about it. For an extra cost they can pay to have the alerts texted through them (third party API). We want it to also monitor the website up-time and if it does down it will alert the customer. There are some more technical details, but this is the basic rundown.
