I have a client who's looking to build a wellness platform Web App. All designs and site map will be provided (I am the designer of the project) but I need you to work on the UX and wireframing with me.
The goal of the platform is to improve the well-being for employees in a company and promote a healthier lifestyle. The project will make its revenue from selling health related products.
The features are as such:
1) Avatar creation - each user will be able to create an avatar to represent themselves. They will be able to customise their avatar. Few choices of clothes, hair, face, etc. There will also be unlockables along the way that can be purchased using a points system. The avatar will be their profile throughout the use of the platform.
2) Daily Health Log - Users can track their health daily using a few box/image clicks. The system will ask e.g. How well did you sleep last night and there will be two/three choices (not enough/restless/enough). At the end of the week, they can then print their log. This will be a sort of simple data entry system.
3) content/blog module - the website will have a content/blog module where moderators can create content (video, image and text). This is simple just like WP blog. The idea behind this is to provide valuable contents in relation to family, health, wellness, food, etc. This is the core of the platform.
4) E-Commerce - they want their merchants/content creators to be able to sell wellness products at the end of the day, so an ecommerce platform should be tied to this.
5) User Tracking - activities and actions need to be tracked, e.g. If they read an article, the system needs to know. There will be milestones and achievements to the system, for example if they have read 5 articles, they get to unlock certain points, steps, new clothes. The milestones have yet to be set.
