Wordpress + CakePHP Developer

Hi All,
We have quite a complex system that uses both WP and cakephp. Everything connects to MySQL database. Our team is growing and we are looking for another full time developer.
You will be expected to handle a large codebase, 100+ database tables and code into our existing standard. This includes overall code syntax.
You will also need to be able to work 3 hours a day, in Sydney time. So 9am Sydney -> 12midday Sydney time, you should be working and be available. The other time is totally upto you to work as you like.
Any experience within AWS would also be handy.
This will be a long term project.
