Wordpress Optimierung Seitengeschwindigkeit

Guten Tag,
wir benötigen jemanden um die Geschwindigkeit unserer Wordpress-Seite zu verbessern und redirects zu minimieren. Die Webseite ist [login to view URL] und ist bei SiteGround gehosted. Es wird weiterhin das WPML Multilanguage Plgin verwendet und die Seite ist auch in einer Englischen und Französischen Version verfügbar ([login to view URL] und [login to view URL]). Wir möchten gerne die request size, Minimierung der Redirects, Kombinierung externer CSS, Kombinierung externer Javasript etc. um die Seite schneller laden zu lassen.
Wir haben mit dem Tool Redirect mapper ([login to view URL]) die Seiten geprüft und festgestellt, dass die Variante ohne www. 2 Redirects aufweist, welches behoben werden sollte (bei allen 3 Domains).
Weiterhin haben wir bei [login to view URL] einige Performance Probleme entdeckt.
Verwendet wird das AVADA Wordpress Theme gehosted bei SiteGround. Es wird zusätzlich ein Cloudflare CDN genutzt.
Es wäre uns lieb, wenn die Optimierung der Seite erfolgen könnte ohne weitere Plugins zu installieren.
