Wordpress theme Web Problems to solve

Hello! I have a problem on this (test) website [login to view URL] I asked a programmer to import the projects from the client's current web to a new template (thegem> themeforest). He did it and the projects are seen (in 2 languages: Spanish and Catalan), but there is a problem of slowness in the web (it takes a lot to load, save ...) and you can update everything except the plugin of the template " TheGem Theme Elements "because the elements of the portfolio disappear.   The slowness of the web I think is something related to this, because the other day someone in the template updated the plugin and of course, the elements of the portfolio disappeared, but the web already worked correctly. Now it's offline for a long time ... Another problem is that the filter of the categories of the portfolio does not work correctly in the mobile (can it be because of this too?) For example, if I filer projects by "ejecutivos" category, on the web you can see all the elements of this category (12 projects) and below is not the 12 pages of total projects pagination. On mobile devices, if you choose the same category, only 2 projects appear, and below, appear the pagination of the total 12 pages. Can anyone help me with this? I do not have much budget for this, because I have already invested a lot of time and resources and I still have problems and a delayed project.
