WordPress Video Theme Issues

Hi, I'd like to hire someone to fix, test, and debug ALL issues with my Wordpress site, which uses the Templatic Video theme: [login to view URL]
The freelancer must be very thorough in testing all bugs as I don't have time to debug it.
Right now, I have the following urgent issues that need to be solved:
1. Front-end buttons to delete a post and edit a post don't work
2. The video theme allows thumbnail editing, but ours doesn't work (demo: [login to view URL])
3. Sometimes when a user logs in, goes to a different page, and then comes back, the user is shown as logged out, but then when you click on a different tab you are logged in again
Potential for more work if the above points are done to satisfaction. Thank you!
