Wordpress Woocommerce Fundraising Setup

Looking to get a plugin made that combines Woocommerce products and individualized fundraising for schools for a pre-existing website that is using woocommerce.
Basically, we have a shop of products and we want to allow schools and kids in those schools to promote the products and when items are sold using a kid's link/ID/code then a portion of the proceeds go to their school.
Think of it like those fundraising sheets that go out to schools where you get people to buy popcorn or wrapping paper or whatnot, but a specific digital version for woocommerce sites.
Needs:
1. Admin area to add schools.
2. Student signup area that connects the student to the pre-added school then gives them a code to send to people and possibly a unique url for easy sharing. Basic login/registration details will be needed - email, password, name.
3. Fields on the woocommerce checkout to select a school and add a student ID/code. Should pre-populate when the custom url is used.
4. Wordpress Admin tracking for all schools to allow an easy way to see how each school is earning and how each student is doing. Basic reporting of a spreadsheet as a download would be good too.
5. Tracking area could either show total of sales, or potentially the actual fundraising total. We would need an area to specify the % of sales that would be going to the final school total in that case.
6. A school admin area would be useful too to see that school's totals.
6b. So a user role for school admin that can be linked to a school.
7. A student reporting area - after a student logs in - to show their total sales.
I'm open to other ideas/suggestions.
