Work on my wordpress site (listables theme)

This project doesn't start until next month but I'm needing to get prices/find the perfect developer. I'll most likely check the replies to this over the weekend.
Website is built on Wordpress using the listables theme. I'm needing a couple of things changed in the theme.
First thing is the footer, I need it split up into 3 different columns.
Second thing is I need Mixcloud and Soundcloud integration. I need there to be an option for members to be able to get some sort of integration onto their profile page. You can see what profile pages are like here - [login to view URL]
If you've read it this far the first thing to say to me when sending me a message is Matched this Gig. If you don't say this, I'm ignoring your message.
Third thing I need done is a Facebook widget integration for their profile pages.
Fourth job is the map system needs changed, instead of it being a centre point when you put your address in. I'd like the entertainers to be able to put in a town they work in and how far they will travel. I'd then like the map to display a circle around the centre point of the address they specify.
Please if you're interested send me examples of your work, payments will be made in milestone payments.
Lastly, this project can't be paid for until may the third so I don't expect any work anytime soon.
