Write an Android / iPhone application

I need an app with a menu with 2 options, first one that can upload 5 pictures, location that can be a gps information or looking on map, selecting some variables like option1/option2/option3/etc then once again brand1, subbrand1, model, submodel, otherdata, 5 text fields more and then a small description, when user submit this information datetime must be save. User must be validated Auth0 in order to use facebook, tweeter or email/password to loggin Seccond option on menu will display the information on data base using same parameters as filters, will display title field, the first picture/image and when selected details will be show. In this screen a share button will be available in order to share it on facebook, tweeter and whatsapp. Another button will be contact option, users will contact reporting their comments, also they can upload pictures, add location and text field with datetime, this can be replayed by original user only with text field and viceversa, like a chat, those who use contact button can do the same, adding pictures, location and text the first time then only like a chat. Will use MySQL and blob fields for images/pictures A logo place is mandatory for the app. There's no database structure for this, spanish lenguage will be use on this app co chars like ñÑ, á, é will be used. Other details will be reviewed on chat one by one in order to solve doubt about this app.
