The main objective of this email marketing tool is sending emails to bulk users, scheduling the time of sending email and certain other features. Below are the functionality/ process of the bulk email marketing tool. Process 1- Creating an email campaign Campaign-Database which contains group of email ids Tool should have feature of creating more no of campaign Process 2- Creating an email template Creating our own email template Note: If possible try to provide default email template on the tool Process 3- Creating email automation Schedule the email sending time by selecting the particular email template and campaign Process 4- Email marketing tool Email has to reach all the users inbox of the email ids in the campaign Email which send should not reach spam or junk folders, suppose if it reaches spam or junk tool has to identifies/filters those email ids of the users in the campaign and move to separate database Tool has to identifies/filters email ids, if person has deleted the email without checking it and move those email id to separate database Tool has to identifies/filters email ids, if any email bounce back and move those email id to separate database
