Hi all I found this amazing video globe ([login to view URL]) and I want to use it as the homepage of my website. The thing is I need to make the countries on the globe interactive and clickable – so if you click on Brazil it takes you to Brazil’s homepage like this ([login to view URL] and this as well [login to view URL]) The problem is its video and difficult to make it interactive so I have to build it from scratch. And build it to look EXACTLY the same as the video – the colours, the lights shining in the background, the starts etc So I’m looking for a really great graphic designer who will help me achieve this. I can’t emphasise enough that it needs to look EXACTLY the same as the globe. I have tried contacting the original author of the video but I have had no success reaching him. The animation must allow for certain elements (countries/continents) to be clickable and link either to pages on the site or external websites. For this part, the globe should stop rotating when the mouse hovers over a clickable region, the region should be highlighted (eg. the border made bold, the colour changed and the country flag/Name shown). By default the globe should spin counter-clockwise, but moving the mouse over the animation should slow the speed down and as stated above it must stop once the mouse hovers over a clickable region and re-start when it is moved away. Requirements for programming: 1) You may use any language - please specify in your bid which language you will use 2) The animation must be simple to implement into a wordpress website and other website formats; you may state in your proposal. 3) I must be able to define and later change the links where countries/continents are redirecting 4) The animation should be scaleable so we can utilise it on other sites with smaller dimensions The successful bidder will include the following information in their bid proposal: 1) Send me 1-3 examples of animations you have done in the past (rotating/moving images - not whole flash websites) ** THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT**** 2) Describe (in brief) how the finished animation will be implemented into my website 3) Describe (in brief) how I will edit the links for clickable elements 4) OPTIONAL: Send me an image of your proposed globe (watermarked is fine) upon which you would base your design. 5) Include the word FLASHWORLD so I know you have read the outline and are not spamming If you have any questions then please clarify them with me. I will need the animation created quickly - 5 days max. Milestones (payment in GBP) Up Front: 40% Upon Completion of Animation: Further 30% Upon successful implementation on to website: Remaining 30% I need this work done fairly quickly and will be available throughout the project to answer questions. The successful bidder will receive a full project outline which will detail exactly what I want. I will retain all of the code upon completion.
