Youtube Video upload

I'm looking for someone to implement a similiar function for me like that project: https://www.freelancer.com/projects/Flash-C-Sharp-Programming/Create-app-for-YouTube-Video/ I'm actually using php to uplaod the pictures so, I need the possibility to call a function in php to create the video (I'd have to pass the image files and the audio for that), to upload it to youtube and to get the source code as an answer. Do you think you can do that? And if yes, what do you need? I checked the Google API but it didn't seem to have that function to create the slide shows. Here an example of how I want to have it (for instance): [login to view URL] I also would like to have the option to uplaod the text as well (another php function for me).
