Integration of Learndash into Wordpress site

We need someone to set up Learndash / courses / login on our wordpress site.
We need someone to create custom layout using orbit/visual composer (We have installed these two plugins) Figure out which coding is needed so that course content appears on the site (Uncanny owl toolkit). This person needs to incorporate a community forum/social learning aspect into the Learning platform (could use the buddypress plugin - this has not been installed)
There is only one course that we want to set up.
