I already have some experience working with US Census data and have advanced knowledge of GIS applications such as ArcMap and QGIS. As long as you have all datasets to work on and your specs are ready, I'll have no problem completing this task. I have to say that I have 5 years of professional GIS experience and running my own company in same field.
