Prestashop payment module

Hi,

I am looking for good prestashop developer who can develop me 3 steps payments in prestashop instead of the current checkout payment, i have all the design i need.

1. I want to save the payment details in the DB

2. Shipping method change will change the total amount.

3. The payment is using Credit card so when the user change the shipping method the number of payments can also change according to the total amount ( the payment is decided by the cart total amount ).

4. There is no need to use API/SOAP calls only save the data in the DB.

I need this job done in a good time frame, no more than 4 days of work.
