Build a updated version of a program (reverse engineering from an old version that no longer works after game update)

I have a program (an exploit for a game), used to stack skills from any item. After game patch, it no longer works. The original programmer built an updated version that I do not have acces to, that works after the patch. So there is a possibility to work around the patch. Basically, the program sent packages that blocked the server from registering that the armor was taken of. So when it would wear it again, the skills would stack. (Or so I've been told.) I have the old version of the program that I will send to you. I'm looking for someone that know his way around this kind of things and that can build an updated version that works. Game is easy to install. I have tried working with another programmer that failed the project and I ended up wasting time and losing money. I will not be sending milestones or payment before I have acces to the working program as I asked.
