Send Automated email through Windows Service

Requirement :

I have a software which cannot send EXTERNAL attachments for within it by email but it can send documents generated within the application.

So we are looking for a windows service which will do this work external to our application

We will give a txt file output in a specific folder (can be different from client to client based on their choice)

The service will look for the incoming txt file and once it finds it it will shoot the email with the parameters like

• Recipient email

• CC's

• Subject line

• Body Text

• It will attach all the files (usually PDF or JPG) from the filename and path provided in the txt file

• The text will contain list of files with their respective file path / location

For next email, we will change the content of this file and the Service will send next email

The Clients on whose Windows Computers this will be installed may be using different email service providers like gmail, yahoo, Hotmail etc or their own email servers

We can also provide in text file the outgoing server details if required

You may want to give us some option where we will enter the outgoing server details
