Greetings!
We have purchased Zoho Projects and have made the move (80%) from JIRA. To start, I need assistance configuring/customizing/implementing Zoho Projects. Eventually, we will branch out to other Zoho Modules, but for now...we will start with projects. I have outlined projects, task types, workflows, screens, fields, and places where automation/conditions/validations should exist. There are also a few integrations I would like to set up via Zapier. I am new to Zoho and am open to best practices, recommendations, opinions during this process. This is an urgent need as I have clients waiting for the setup to be complete before on projects can begin.
