Hi there! I'm interested in your project. I have experience in SQL and using python, R and I've used plotly both in R on shiny and in python on dash apps. So I haven't experience using periscope itself but as I've read, it uses this tools to query data and render it. Regarding the cohort analysis my experience comes more from a biological point of view, I've worked before on survival analysis where the data is analyzed trough cohorts.
