Hello there! You're right, this would be a pretty straightforward Django project. And I could do that for you. However, I have an alternative which I think would suit you much better :) Zoho Creator is an online drag-and-drop app-builder for apps such as the one you describe. It doesn't even require programming knowledge. Basically, it allows you to build forms which are automatically linked to a database, from which you can download your information in Excel format whenever you want. It's very user friendly. In fact, if you wanted to do it yourself, you could probably figure it all out in less than a day. So here's my proposal: I'll program this app for you in ZohoCreator, and then I'll give you a quick tour of ZohoCreator (through TeamViewer, or GoogleHangouts, or whatever) so that you'll be able to modify it without my help, or even build new apps.
