you have an excel file with 3 columns, that are input data for this program.
column A contains well names.
column B contains well production for every day (daily_volume).
column C contains dates.
there are about 15 different wells in column A.
every well from time to time goes off, which can be seen whenever daily_volume is zero, and them eventually it comes back to production when daily_volume is not zero anymore.
the output of this problem is a sequence of dates indicating every event such that the well went off and came back, for every well listed.
so if a well went off, let's say, on 10-03-2019, and returned to production on 11-04-2019, those two dates should be listed.
a typical output should be as follows:
X 0008PRJSU shutin: 02-10-2019 open: 10-10-2019 shut in: 15-11-2019 open: 30-11-2019
that will tel me that well X 0008PRJSU stoped production on 02-10-2019, then returne on 10-10-2019, then stopped again on 15-11-2019, and finally returned on 31-11-2019.
