I can help you with it and we can get started right away! So as you mentioned you want invoicing, sales, accounting, inventory and purchase, and the connector with Shopify shop modules, right? And also the Spanish location module, I can customize Odoo to have all these as I am currently working on developing an ERP for a milk and milk product industry in which their main focus is on inventory. Regarding inventory management, you would like to auto-generate product codes, that can be done since I have already done the same thing for some of my previous clients. Printing product label configuration and adding the logo to the invoice delivery note is also a fairly easy task. I will have to look into the accounting you mentioned because I have never worked with Spanish tax models, but it can also be completed after I have done some research.
