Python code to compare contents of two csv files

I need a strong Python developer to build upon my python code to compare the contents two separate .csv files. My code already checks on the same row for each csv to see if any column of data has changed from the previous .csv file but it does not work for unordered data. There will be a profile URL column which will be the unique identifier for each person and their data, so the code must be able to handle comparing both files in an unordered manner. For any changes between csv files they will be outputted to a new excel xlsx) file and each row of data that has changed will be highlighted in the color red as to easily identify the data that has changed.

Hi I have experience in python. As I understand, if the id "1234" in two files are not in the same line, then your code doesnt work. The problem can be solved, hope you have the xls part code and the use-cases ready If the size of the file is of lesser size, then it can be done in-memory, else the code will be slightly complex Thanks, Anbu M.
