Python connection to Amazon seller APIs to download order info

Hi there,
I need a python script that connects to amazon seller APIs to download order with order details. These are custom orders, so any customisation text provided by the customer needs to be downloaded as well.
There are about 200+ order per day, they all need to be downloaded (in case there is a 50 order limit per call).
Output will be one simple csv file with all relevant columns present.
Some guidance on how to set this up (connection to Amazon seller, getting API keys, setting up as a developer if required?) should be part of this project.
Update: you should be familiar with the Amazon APIs or at least have worked with very similar APIs. Also, please only reply with relevant experience to this project...
I cannot give you acess to my sellers account due to security concerns; you will need access to your own for testing and walk me through which Keys / IDs I need to change to connect it to mine.
