The project is to create a simple python function/script for connecting to an Azure ms sql through ssh tunnel to a virtual Azure server. Procedure as follow:
1) Create a ssh tunnel to a virtual unix server at Azure. Preferably with the SSHTunnelForwarder lib.
2) Connect further to a standard Amazon sql database. Preferably with the pymssql lib.
3) Make a simple sql query to a table.
The function/script must be written in python2.7 and able to run from a unix/mac computer. The freelancer has to obtain/create the necessary Azure resources to develop the script.
