Create the architecture for a frontend react application

I am a react developer myself and i have been working on React for the last 3 years. I would like to get some help regarding the architecture of a new application being built from scratch. For that, I would like to find a developer who has a lot of experience in React (at least more than 3 years) and preferably with the below qualities: 1. worked on more than 5 different projects 2. knows from inside out the following: React, Redux, Redux-Saga, Yarn workspaces, Lerna and many other tools that can help building a good product 3. has done the architecture for many applications before The way it works is that i explain a bit about the application and you let me know that you think it's best to be done to have a good structure and architecture. Please please please so we don't waste each other's time and stop the project in the middle, please don't contact me if you are thinking of googling to find solutions, i can spot that right away and i'll stop the project. I am really sorry for that but I need to rely on pure experience. it's ok if we go out on the internet and validate something but i need experience please. If the project is awarded we are going to call each other and share screens so we can work together on application design, folder structure and other stuff.
