House plan exist on pdf files. Would like to get a 3D model to visualise the house from inside and outside. Wld like to understand how much wld it cost to do a couple of inside views and 1 external view. We have placed arrows on sheet 4 indicating the direction of the 3d views. Basically my clients are trying to get a feel of what the living areas will look like. The internal courtyard will have a centrally positioned water feature with lights. There will also be garden lights at ground level to the permieter of the courtyard together sanstone paving. The internal flooring of the house will be porcelain tiles. The ceilings will be square set therefore no cornices. The balustrading to the stairs and around the dining room will be semi-frameless glass balustrading.
