Build 3D Floor plan from 2D floor plan

We're a startup that is building a platform where people can furnish their homes online in 3D. We need floor plan of the attached house(floor plan attached) modeled in 3D with textures of walls and windows. We DON'T need any furniture/accessories added to the model. But we do need the floor plan with kitchen slabs and bathroom sink, bath tub, closet. (Basically everything that comes with the home, when it's built, and nothing more) You can reference the model home here for texture reference. I'm happy as long as the texture of walls/windows/door frame roughly looks similar. Once the task is done, if we like your work there'll be more floor plans that we'll need converted and are likely to continue hiring you. If you've done something similar in the past please attach a texture embedded fbx model file in the project bid. That will make our decision to hire you easier.
