Exterior Architectural rendering based on sketchup 3D model and sketchup line plans

I am looking for three 3D architectural exterior views rendered along with entourage parking background landscape etc. anysoftware can be used. I have sketchup models ready for 3D block model and line plans in sketchup.
Deliverables:-
1) Photorelaistic 3D images 3 in number (1 taken at night +2 Day-time) in jpg/jpeg format having clear resolutions for A2, A3 & A4 and for brochures
2) Source file clearly indicating the software and its version name
Requirements:-
1) Compound-wall and security gates suiting the color scheme and theme of main structure
(Nightview to have compound wall lighting included)
2) Security cabins and garage suiting the colorscheme and theme of main structure
3) Requisite fixtures, furniture and equipment in swimming-pool area and patio, in "landscape and parking area" and any other areas as demed fit by illustrator. A sculpture(abstract & geometric) and waterbody to be placed in "Landscape and parking" area. Placement of lighting fixtures in the landscaping area, and on soffits and inside building etc is a must to capture the view in golden yellow color.
4) Landscaping of whole area with paving, grass, trees, shrubs etc. as deemed fit by the illustrator
5) Terraces, balconies and shall have vegetation such as creepers etc as deemed fit by the illustrator
6) Colour schme for structure shall be of mainly two colors: (a) Slighlty dark Mahogony based cladex (wood theme) and light ivory color (b) All railings shall be of glass panelled railing with Stainless steel rails and posts with glass color as deemed fit by the illustrator (c) The cables shall be of stainless steel members of diameter 100 MM at top and 50 MM at entrance (d) Windows and main doors shall be of powder-coated Aluminium sliding with color as deemed fit by illustrator
Important Guildelines with sketchup files:
1) Plans are only indicative and schematic and provided for basic understanding of design and spaces. 3D Model is to be deemed final. 3D block model is provided in sketchup 2015 version.
2) In the sketchup model "Color_B18" refers to mahogony cladex, "Translucent_Glass_Gray" refers to glass on windows and openings, Fencing_Rainiling_Metal refers to Glass railing in Stainsless Steel and "Translucent_Glass-Block_Dark" refers to trellis. Illustrators are requested to NOTE this well.
3) The main structure is North facing, the desired views are (1) Looking from SE capturing whole campus for Night view (2) Looking from NE capturing whole campus & (3) Looking from SW
