I am actually looking for someone to do first drafts of legal papers for our office. The entire process is detailed at [url removed, login to view]
Once you see what is here you will see that all the data that ultimately needs to be included in the forms is capable of being made part of a questionairre. For example, Judicial Circuit, Court, Petitioner Name, Respondent Name, Date of Marriage, Date of Separation, Name of Child One, Name of Child Two, Are there marital assets, yes or no? Are you seeking spousal support? Why are you seeking spousal support? etc.
It is a simple job to read the forms with care and then prepare a comprehensive questionnaire.
Once that is done we will be having our clients complete the questionairre and then forwarding back for the same documents to be drafted subject to review with our clients.
The winning bidder on the questionairre may expect to get repeat business to prepare the forms based on the questionairre.
Upon your receipt of the completed questionairre we would expect the forms to be prepared overnight USA Eastern Standard Time and returned to us by the opening of business.
