EXIM Regulation Research

I am looking to hire someone for a short-term basis who could help with my regulation research project. My overall ask is to conduct EXIM regulation research for following goods & services: Goods: i) Cotton yarn other than sewing thread, containing >=85% cotton by weight (Category: Cotton) ii) Mens or boys suits, ensdmbles, jackets, blazers, trousers, bib and brace overalls (Category: Articles of apparels and clothing accessories, not knitted or crocheted) iii) Sulphonamides (Category: Organic Chemical) iv) Tableware, Kitchenware, other household, articles and toilet articles made of Plastic (Category: Plastics and articles thereof) v) Bars and rods, of iron and non-alloy steel (Category: Iron and Steel) Services: i) Software (Category: Computer Services) ii) Re-Insurance (Category: Insurance and Pension Services) iii) Construction Abroad (Category: Construction) Conduct Regulations search for person/entity who is: -Exporting above mentioned cotton yarn from India to US -Exporting above mentioned boys suit from Bangladesh to US -Exporting above mentioned Sulphonamides from India to US -Exporting above mentioned plastic goods from China to US -Importing above mentioned iron from China to India -Exporting above mentioned iron from US to India -Exporting above mentioned iron from India to US -Exporting above mentioned software service from India to Singapore -Importing above mentioned reinsurance service from UK to India -Exporting above mentioned construction service Japan to India Regulation research should include: i) Eligibility criteria required for individual/entity to export/import particular goods/service ii) Documentation required for individual/entity to export/import particular goods/service iii) All General Laws, Rules and Regulation which would be applied by exporting/importing country in order to export/import a particular goods/service (For e.g. FEMA regulations in India) iv) All Products specific laws, rules and regulations applicable to export/import a particular goods/service applicable both in home and foreign country (For e.g. FDA in the US) v) Few countries have importing licence/criteria for few products. If applicable, please cover them in research too. vi) Any export/import subsidies/concessions applicable on particular goods/service vii) Export/Import duties applied y both countries viii) Take into account any time bound announcements/regulations which have been rolled out for specific duration ix) Please take trade agreement concessions between importing and exporting country into account too (For e.g. ASEAN, NAFTA etc).
