Rewrite an HTML page that is already made with table less coding + small Magento Work

Hi everyone,

I have a web page that I would like to re-write the coding with clean ones(table less). Will provide you content.

I have also a small magento work for you, I need you to design the `cart page` and only the cart page. I will provide you a screenshot about how it should look. Only Magento experienced users are able to get this work.
