Looking to hire a business developer executive on a full time basis based in Pune.
Following is the job description :
1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into increased business.
2. Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
3. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
4. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
5. Research and build relationships with new clients.
6. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
7. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
8. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
9. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
10. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
11. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
12. Manage Kolkata office team members , take daily updates and submit weekly reports to company’s director
13. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
14. Developing quotes and proposals
15. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
16. Prepare Sales Report weekly and submit to company’s director
