As a Freelancer team member, the Customer Relationship Manager, supporting the team in Australia will perform the following job activities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with customer's and key personnel
- Building new relationships and expanding existing accounts
- Generating new leads and sharing with the sales team and following up on progress
- Achieving customer relationship targets and KPI's
- Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants
- Escalating and resolving areas any concerns raised by customers
- Conducting Sales presentations, Email Marketing campaigns, and other Marketing promotions
- Maintaining Customer Database, Handling customer queries, Resolving customer issues
- Preparing Sales collateral with the support of Marketing team members
- Conducting business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
- Carrying out Customer Satisfaction surveys and reviews
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer needs are fulfilled effectively
