Our Marketing & Sales Officers (MSOs) pitch online paid subscriptions of LaughGuru to parents. Pitch = in person meetings, or over call, or whatever works for them. We have detailed training material to help this pitch happen. Every MSO gets 20% of every sale that he/she completes. And they end up earning ~Rs.500 per sale. Most MSOs make about 20 sales a month, so that's about 10k in stipend. In addition to (of course) a certificate on completion. You will be given a team lead who will guide and train you. They will also work with you on achieving your targets.
