Having roots in India and an eminent presence globally for more than 20years now, we are happy to start our new entity in USA. We are an online Hotel Booking portal with an existing database of more than 5lac hotel globally. We are looking to hire a Sales Manager(B2B) based out of the Eastern part of USA, preferably a female, in Tourism Industry for development of an online platform of agents. She should be fluent in Spanish and will be required to do following tasks, not limited to these: · She will have to fly to South America once a month · She may be asked to do business calls to Canada. · She will have to travel to India for training · Daily reporting required for sales calls per day/call to pitch for API/call outstation to sell login · Attend trade fairs, network meetings, etc. · Collect data of agents in America Remuneration will be fixed salary plus incentive at par with industry standards. Note for recruiter: Timelines are challenging and project needs to be completed on an immediate basis, we are supposed to present candidates for 1st round of meeting by 7-8 of this month.

Let me say right off the top, I'm not female and I can't speak Spanish, but I have all the other qualifications and then some... I have over 30 years of experience in sales, sales management, and marketing. My experience has been with technical sales, but I've sold advertising, printing services, marketing services, and other non-technical services. I have extensive experience in most of the major social media platforms (I've not spent nearly as much time with Instagram as I have with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) and selling on Amazon. I've spent 20 years doing custom development, so I have the experience to discuss the API at a technical level, and one of the things I've always felt was a strength was my presence at trade shows as I have presented technical software to groups from one to 500 and have patrolled more booths than I care to admit. On top of this, I've worked with a development house in India (and one in Pakistan) on custom development projects and project management on numerous occasions. In former positions I traveled up to 75% of the month and have no issues with travel now. I'm located on the East Coast of the US, midway between NYC and Philadelphia (Central New Jersey), in the Eastern Time Zone.
