Selling Roofing Leads in Sacramento

Hi, We are currently generating leads for roofing businesses in the Sacramento area. We are looking for Roofing Businesses to accept these leads. Conditions for the leads to be sold: - We only sell the leads for an agreed commission between Infinity Online Marketing and the roofing business (ideally 10% of total job revenue but no less than 6%). - If the lead does not convert there is no charge to the roofing business. - The business must be aware that roofing leads that do not convert will be reviewed for future improvement and quality control to see how we can do things better etc (and identify converted leads claimed as leads which did not convert). - Each lead sent to a business will be exclusive to them although they will need to act upon the lead ASAP while it's still "hot". - The leads will be provided via a combination of: forwarded phone calls (these are recorded) and email with job and contact information. - There will be no free samples due to the fact that only converting leads are billed. We have a good idea of the cost of roofing services so will require a copy of the invoice for successful leads to charge the roofing business the commission fee. - Payments will be invoiced via PayPal on a per lead basis. - Any indication of converted leads being declared as not converted will result in the roofing business being dropped and future leads sent elsewhere. - The roofing business will need to respond with the status of their contact with the lead with an indication of whether the lead has/hasn't or likely to convert. Notes for Cold Caller. - You will have the freedom to sell in your own style. - You will be responsible for the research of suitable businesses to accept the roofing leads (Google "Sacramento Roofing etc"). - You will be responsible for negotiating/closing the commission deal with the roofing businesses for converted leads (aiming for 10%, but no less than 6%). - We are ideally looking for a minimum of 3 roofing businesses to accept the leads according to the conditions above due to the volume of leads coming in. - You will be required to follow up leads occasionally for quality control and ensure leads declared and not converted have not converted. - You will need to identify businesses that actually require the leads and do not currently have a heavy workload with long wait times for work so they will not sit on the leads and use them as required. - Only contact businesses with reliable results in their industry. No unqualified contractors or businesses with poor reviews. This should be a very easy sales task as you are selling business to businesses.
