This is a trial to call 120 of our previous conference delegates in order to get insights and feedback from their experience. Project will start with a sample to gauge the quality of the successful applicants work and we are willing to provide ongoing work to successful candidate if the quality, phone manner, skillset and efficiencies are apparent.
Metrics that will be important to measure during this trial will include:
-Time taken to complete total task
-Number of meaningful conversations (completed the phone script)
-Number voice messages left.
-Number of people interest in the VIP package for conference this year.
-Phone manner - scored by a mystery shopper seeded in data.
You may find having to call people later in the day, early mornings or even weekends may get you better results. We already have a script and some background info ready to go.
Task is due in 1 week from start date. I will want to have a chat to you personally before we begin to explain and make sure you understand the task so you can do your best.
Ultimately the purpose of this is to get gain insights into how our conference experience can improve, what we are doing well and would they come back again.
Telemarketing experience essential and reporting the results and responses will be required in excel. You must have your own computer, internet and phone.
