Extract DNA samples and removing contamination

My research is on detection of genetic diversity in rice using RAPD markers. I have 40 samples of rice seeds. I have extracted the genomic DNA from all the 40 samples and I found there was RNA contamination. I dint use any RNase during the extraction process. So now I have to do RNase A treatment post genomic DNA extraction. The RNase A in my lab is in the lyophilized powder form and I made a 10mg/ml RNase by diluting 0.01g of RNase A in 1 ml of autoclaved miliQ water. Later I treated my genomic DNA (50 µl) with 1 µl of RNase A and incubated it at 37 Celsius for 1 hour. Upon treatment with RNase A, I found a lot of my genomic DNA got degraded. However, my subsequent step is PCR. I am not sure if the very faint level of my genomic DNA is sufficient for my next step which is PCR. i need help With the procedures to get this right to have sufficient DNA without contamination for my NeXT step
