63463 Referral site easily updated

Hi, I need a website that I will be ranking doubler programs on. I need each website listing to have a certain amount of easily updatable information,ie. Launch Date, members, payout, brief description. I would like to have a banner listed for each site. The website should have the listed sites organized so you can scroll up and down. While scrolling I need a colum on the left or right to remail the same. This colum will list the buttons like, home, email, recommend a site, login. The total concept of this site will expand. I dont know if it is posible but I would like to have the ability for people to join this site and have the site (re)create or spawn a site like this for the new member. this can be a future project. In the future I would also like to make this site a pay site. But that is in the future. This site will also in the future need the ability to send alert (html)(that I can edit) emails out. The key here is I need a site fast that I can update daily with out too much work. If I want to remove an entire Doubler(program recommendation)and replace it , it should be easy to do. I would like the graphics to be simple and very crisp. Clip art can be used to try and tease the senses about making money. I will be ready to awrd this project quickly.
