Search, Rename and Move Files

I'm looking for a batch script or a VBScript that will read the first few lines of text of a file and if match a string of text specified then rename the file or files to a specific file name. I want to be able to run the script from anywhere, i.e C:\Scripts. The path to the source files is C:\Files. Once the file or files are renamed, they must be moved to C:\Reports and deleted from C:\Files. The file or files are not in any file format specific so the file format must be left alone. I also like to have the option to add additional search and rename option in case there are new files. Finally the script must loop until all files are renamed and moved. DIRECTORIES: Script Directory C:\Scripts Source Directory C:\Files Destination Directory C:\Reports What the script must do: If found "NOTICE OF PAST DUE PAYMENT on MM/DD/YYYY for Account 123 Loan 0005" then rename file to "DQ Notice" If found "NOTICE OF ATM WITHDRAW on MM/DD/YYYY for Account 123 Checking 0005" then rename file to "ATM Notice" If found "NOTICE OF OVERDRAWN on MM/DD/YYYY for Account 123 Checking 0005" then rename file to "Overdraft Notice" Ability to add additional line
