Link building for Apartment rental site

I need 20 high quality one-way links for our holiday apartment booking website. All links must be added on PR3+ travel and tourism or apartment rental related pages. Keywords to use as anchor text for the links, description and URL will be provided. Payment will be made once all links are verified. No advanced payment will be provided.
