Keyword Research for multiple categories with specific geo location -- 2

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVEN'T READ. I'm not asking for ongoing SEO or some elaborate seo plan. I just want keyword research done. I tried posting this already and 7 different people I tried to contact that placed bids did not understand what I was looking for. Please read project before posting some generic bid response. I need keyword research done on the following site [login to view URL] Keywords that need researched are all Main Categories and Sub Categories. Most all searches for this site will come locally....Charleston, South Carolina. In need a spreadsheet in Excel showing a list of each Main Category and Sub Category along with different variations of search phrases. Related to each keyword the spreadsheet should show the average number of monthly searches. Related keywords listed should be something like..... Main Category: Shopping 320 ams(average monthly searches) Shop For - 30 ams Sub Category: Cosmetics - 30 ams Makeup: - 260 ams Make up - 90 ams We are wanting to make sure that the categories that are being listed for both Main and Sub are picking up the most searched terms where applicable. We need a keyword research to show searches and variations of terms to make sure we are choosing the best Category headings. These are various categories on the existing site. Ideally we want to create the search engine friendly url’s something like ……… [login to view URL] We want to make sure that the keywords we are using for the categories are best representative of what the user would be searching for and also using the ones that have the most monthly searches. 85% of the searches will be done from locals so they will be coming from people who live in Charleston, SC and the Charleston Metro area. This is an area that is in Google Adwords as ‘metro’ area. Charleston SC, South Carolina, United States - Nielsen® DMA® region We want to capture the keywords specific to the Charleston area but not necessarily with the geo location in the long tail keyword like ‘things to do in charleston’ that won’t work for the category structure. Keyword Avg Monthly Searches Restaurants 6,600 Restaurant 590 Restaurants near me 9,900 When you put these in excel can you please distinguish between each set of keywords so it’s easy to tell which 3 are related to each other.
