SEO expert needed

I am working on some SEO projects to place them at TOP10 of Google with 1-2 defined 2-3 words keyphrases. I am looking for a white hat SEO expert for Google -mainly focussed in onsite SEO- who can suggest me more important/necessary SEO adjutments/actions to increase rankings for my current 5-7 web sites. I will pay separately for each website after your SEO suggestions increase its rankings. We can revise sites and keywords at PM.
