I'm looking for individuals who have Phone and Technical Support experience and have proficient knowledge on Microsoft 365 products - Office, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint. Work experience in Azure is a plus. We're forming a phone support team and require applicants to work onsite. So please bid only if you are in the Philippines. This is a project based employment which will run for 3-6 months. If this goes well, we'll go global.

I also gained working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word and Excel, and Google Workplace, specifically Google Sheets, Docs, and Google forms.
