Create Shopify Interface for Phone Orders

I need a module for phone orders. I want to leverage the existing shopify interface to place orders so that idea is to verify the customer info and then allow the phone agent to log into Shopify. The way I envision that this will work is through these steps: 1. A Must Have is I need to incorporate this into permissions so that an agent will only have access to this App/Module. This means that placing this into Apps will not work. 2. Enter Phone orders app 3. Look up current customers via email, name or phone number. 4. Select customer from results list or create a new customer. 5. Validate or Create contact info, billing info and shipping info 6. Button to "log in" as customer. At this point the agent will be able to navigate the shopify website as the customer. The phone agent will create the order, create payment and check out just like a regular website customer. 7. Finalize order and wait for new orders to come in. What I think may work here is when the agent clicks on the Phone Order App, we will display the shopify website as a frame within the app once the agent logs in. From my experience, we may need a finalize button in order to "log out" of the customer. This job must be done be a shopify developer.
