Social Media content and campaign for launch of new clothing brand

I am looking for a social media expert to assist for 2 month period (output based) in the development of content, mood and colour board, and engagement plan for launching my newly established kids clothing brand in Feb 2020.
The clothing brand is high end targeting the Australian market as the primary starting point, as well as high end in Indonesia (secondary initial market).
The clothing brand produces high quality trend-setting clothes for kids that are primarily gender neutral, stylish, clean lines and modern. The fabrics used are certified organic and sustainable. The process of making the clothing engages women in an ethical and fair way (fair wages and fair work). The clothing designs are based on considerable consultation with children's and their parents on functional kid-centered design, to ensure ultimate comfort and that the clothing supports play.
The 'look' I am after is fresh, clean, modern with an edge. The designs are fresh and new (not mainstream) and so the Instagram and Facebook content should aim to capture and inspire those mums who like to be ahead of trends, covering the Millenials and Gen X (age bracket 28-46) market.
The feel I am after is 'home-family centered', a stress on the importance of play in childhood and allowing kids to be kids. Fresh. Fun.
I am after a plan that would attract the Australian market including draft content ideas and an overall strategy for the lead up to the launch and the launch itself, including - at least one post a day, ideas for Instagram Stories content and ideas (including possibly polls / competitions etc), colour board to ensure the posts together sit as a cohesive set, and ideas on the images to post (text and/or photos).
The clothes will be available for photoshoots mid-to late January so the lead up to this period should be focused on images that build this look and feel without profiling the clothes explicitly.
Posts should focus on directing the viewer to the website to subscribe with ideas for incentivising the potential customer to sign up to our newsletter.
